Shipping Policy

At Cosmix, we believe the journey of your coffee should be as considered as the coffee itself.

Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • GCC: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
From time to time, Cosmix may offer complimentary shipping as part of exclusive promotions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened products. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to our support team and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled
